Acceptance of terms
By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images and prices accurate. Errors do occur; if a product is listed at an incorrect price we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order for a full refund. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Warranty
ZD Carriers products carry a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including zippers, wheels, handles and seams. The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, airline or carrier damage, or damage from misuse or overpacking.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed travel or lost contents.
Intellectual property
All site content — text, images, logos and product photography — is owned by ZD Carriers and may not be reproduced without written permission.
